Meet Jenna

Jenna Nagel (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga since 2008, initially drawn to its physical benefits but staying for its profound mental and spiritual impact. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2020 with Rishikesh Yoga Home and began teaching with a passion for making yoga accessible, safe, and meaningful for everyone. Drawing on her background as a professional ballet dancer, Jenna blends her knowledge of movement with yoga’s traditional practices, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.

Jenna lives in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire with her partner and two cats. When she’s not practicing yoga, she enjoys tending to her plants, walking in nature, dancing, and reading. She is also the founder of a grassroots nonprofit organization in Haiti that provides children facing adversity with access to quality education.

Jenna founded Mind & Body Yoga NH to share the joy and transformative power of yoga, helping others find freedom from unnecessary suffering.
